We are Roman's Travel with Care, LLC a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit animal rescue and transport. We provide doggy and cat daycare, dog walking, in home visits and more. We transport our own rescued animals and help other rescues and facilities by transporting animals from shelters, boarding facilities, hoarding locations, puppy mills and kill facilities to safe loving rescues and fosters. We also assist with vet visits! We perform home checks for adoptions and fosters. We also provide temporary fostering for overnight or longer transports and monitor transports for other rescues. We provide for medical transports (ie pregnant, newborns, broken bones, car accident injuries, illness and more). Most often shelters and boarding facilities are over crowded creating an issue for the care an well being of animals. We work together as a team with great rescue facilities, vets, fosters and breed rescues throughout the U.S. in saving these animals lives but the hurdle is getting the animal from the facility to their place of love and hope. That's where we come to the rescue! Through the efforts of rescue facilities and fosters willing and able to save animals we assist with the transport. We pick up the animal in need and transport them to the safe place of love and hope. We provide the FREEDOM RIDE for these animals. Our transporters are safe, licensed and insured as well as trained in proper safe handling of animals and transporting. This is to insure a safe transport for the animal and the transporter. Each vehicle is properly equipped for transporting. We also pick up and deliver pet food and supplies to fosters, rescues and vet offices. We currently travel to and from South Carolina, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and parts of Georgia, Florida and Ohio. We assist with coordination of transport throughout other areas in various states. Our mission is to help save the lives of animals and give them the love and kindness they need and deserve. Every animal deserves a kind hand, a full belly, a warm safe place to sleep and the love of humanity, all of this is done through donations and support of sponsors and donations to help make each rescue and transport successful. We perform home checks for other rescues for possible fosters and adopters, we accept assignments from rescue facilities and shelters. We are trained and certified with Disaster Relief Program (FEMA) for emergency disaster relief.
We are cat and dog CPR certified, we are continuing our education and growing by the day. From our experience with spay & neuter clinics to safe transporting helps us help meet your needs.

Tim is one of our Board Members, he has been with us from the start. Tim started out as a transporter and from that point his knowledge of animals started to shine. Tim has rehabilitated a Pitbull through RTWC that was over medicated on a mix of preventive medications and illegal drugs, Tim worked with the Pitbull for almost a year. The first step was detoxing the dog from all the medicine and it was time consuming and touch and go but both Tim and the dog never gave up, once the dog was well and ready for adoption she was adopted to her new forever loving home. Tim helped put together a large fundraiser for a local shelter that provided a truck full of dog and cat food and supplies. Tim has hugged and kissed a pig to having a soul connection with the horse in this picture and of coarse all the dogs and cats he has helped over the years. We are very grateful for Tim and his talent but most of all for his loving kind heart.
