If you need a transport coordinated or private transport you must complete our form and return via e-mail to [email protected] This information is important for us to properly transport and meet necessary state provisions as needed. You will receive a reply no later than 24 hours after submitting either accepting your transport or denying it with reason(s). If denied you will receive instructions on how to get your transport accepted for coordination. You must include all information requested in our form. Please note that transports are either personal vehicles or transit vehicles or both so it will take time to fill the transport. We will work as quickly as we can to fill the transport. We ask that your request date of transport be 8-10 days or more from your submission date. If transport is a medical transport (ie. pregnant dog, newborns, broken bones, car accident, illness etc.) we will transport solo from other animals, this provides safety and comfort to the medical animal. If you have an emergency transport and need it to run before 8-10 days we will do our best to accommodate. ALL ANIMALS TRANSPORTED MUST HAVE A HEALTH CERTIFICATE ISSUED NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO TRANSPORT DATE OF DEPARTURE by a licensed Veterinarian. We will NOT transport animals that have a contagious illness. Each state is different and has specific guidelines that we adhere too, we will provide you with the necessary information needed for any special stipulations by state, DOT, DHEC and USDA (. If you have questions please regarding our transporting please email us first at [email protected], we work with other nonprofit transporters to complete transports and coordinate transports.http://airconsumer.ost.dot.gov/publications/animals.htm
