Pregnant Winnie

When we were notified of transporting a very pregnant flat coat black retriever named Winnie we didn't waste any time getting ready. We used flat padded dog beds for extra comfort for Winnie when we transported her and her unborn puppies. We wanted the long trip to be as comfortable as possible. We left Maryland at 5:00AM drove to Fairmont, NC picked up Winnie and drove to New Jersey to her foster parents where she will have her puppies in a safe clean home. This was a one day 16 hour round trip and Winnie did great on the transport. We thank House of Hope for rescuing Winnie and to Ryan and his family for fostering her. One dog and puppies saved!
